My experience with Pam from Carolina Strong has been incredible. I had never heard of Pelvic PT before, but the treatment i received was amazing. Pam listens and explains everything so thoroughly. I feel very fortunate to have been a client at Carolina Strong for 8 PT sessions. My therapist (Kalen Volger) was top-notch.  I'm a below-the-knee amputee needing to improve mobility and balance with my relatively new prosthetic.  Kalen approached my situation very systematically identifying what exercises would be best to meet our mutually agreed to goals.  Besides her excellent PT education and wealth of experience, she was very patient and positive with the progress she helped me achieve. Carolina Strong is a wonderful place to receive physical therapy. Kalen is a fabulous therapist!  Empathetic, very knowledgeable and an all around great person. I went to Carolina Strong for pelvic Floor therapy.  Pam Dehne is a wonderful knowledgeable person.  She explained everything so I understood it and was able to follow all her exercises. I have used Carolina Strong in Southport NC multiple times for various PT needs. The staff has always been very professional and caring. Pamela Dehne PT, MPT specializes in pelvic floor issues. She uses her extensive knowledge to help her patients learn and practice behaviors that can help rectify their problems. The exercises that she teaches help strengthen muscles and consequently reduces dysfunction and pain. She is also a very caring person who is insightful and teaches with compassion. I am 90 years old , I have a Masters in PE and a master’s In rehabilitation counseling and I fell playing tennis.  Fortunately I was not injured but was very apprehensive about playing again. After much research I found Carolina strong.  From start at the front desk to my graduation a few days ago my experience was fabulous fantastic and even fun. My therapist Shelby was absolutely wonderful She listened to what I had to say, understood what I needed and delivered it all.  I have played twice since and was very comfortable.
